One of the amazing benefits I have enjoyed over the years as a dentist is the ability to truly impact others’ lives. More than 25 years ago, I began placing dental implants and immediately recognized the great impact they had on my patients. My patients expressed their appreciation and described the great changes their implants and restorations made in their daily lives. Many of them had experienced frustration in the past, receiving only “adequate” dental care that fell short in terms of aesthetics and functionality. They thanked me for simple improvements that made their lives better, such as the ability to eat in public again without any type of fear.
